Making a website. Still confused as to how to Design it. Use templates. Please read the post on how to create templates first. There are already some templates found in Dreamweaver itself.

If your trying to build one yourself, you might want to get some inspirations websites that practice good web site design.
I especially like the Apple.Inc website. It has got a very clean design and interface. Works very well theme of its products.
