CSS

CSS. Ever wondered what they are or do? CSS stands for Cascading Sytle Sheets. These means the styles i.e the typography, colour scheme and positioning can be pre-determined so that these styles can be applied throughout when you design your web page.

These enhances consistency, an important principle of design. It also forces you to think beforehand what font type to use, the colour scheme and layout i.e the elements of your design.

Here's an excellent tutorial on how to build a CSS menu. It takes you step by step with the CSS code so that you can see how CSS works. Click here.
