Firstly, you need a flv player. Then, go to youtube and copy the URL of the video i the youtube.
After that open this website : http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php
(If you do not own a flv player, you may download it from this website as well.)
Next step: Paste the URL of the video that you wish to download. Then save it.
It may took some time to download the video (depends on the size and length of the video)
After finish, go to the downloaded file and click right click > Rename. Then you type: .flv
