Better Search Engine
We (Kelvan, Glen, Yu Kiat, Ai Jia, Benedict and Heng Hang) have participated in the National StrITwise® Challenge organized by Ngee Ann Polytechnic. There is an Online Quiz given by the guys in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. So, our group has registered for the quiz. The quiz is tough so Mr Simon told me to use Wiki mind map
. It is a good search engine, it creates a mind map for what you have search for and you can even bring one of the many keywords that they give you, to the middle, and it will open a new mind map on that keyword, which gives us a easier way to search for stuffs.
There are many good search engines, which tells you the answers for your questions, in the Web e.g Yahoo! Answers , WikiAnswers , WikiPedia and ETC... . But we recommend you to use Wiki mind map, "it's a better choice"Quoted from Cannon's Slogan.

ICT is used to do many things like even now a days ICT is even used in the hospitals and many more emergency services.
ICT is also very intergrated in teaching. Our school's online learning portal is one great example.

A few of the duties that IT professionals perform may include data management, networking, engineering computer hardware, database and software design, as well as the management and administration of entire systems.

Ever face any problems comunicating with your friends when doing project work?
You can make use of a website such as WikiSpaces to make your project work easier. You are able to communicate with your group members easily as you can post your list of things to do. Your group members can read what you have posted and edit them.

Today we went to school to do the powerpoint and storyboard for strITwise competition.
Learnt to use wikispaces which was actually quite useful to share information. We put the powerpoint we did on the wikispace and also edited the page. So convienient to share information!
We also learnt to use the wiki mind map which was useful because it grouped the information into different categories.
So you all must use wikispaces! And wiki mind map! :D
